GB Belting increases its product range with S-Drive from Mafdel; a food grade, centre-driven, mechanical, positive drive belt system.
Manufactured from high performance blue polyurethane with CE / FDA food approval, it is a direct replacement for systems maintaining a minimum pulley diameter at 100mm. Featuring a smooth surface, the system tooth pitch is 40mm and belt thickness is 3mm.
Better value for food processors
Although the maximum belt width is 1550mm you can buy ‘at width’ for your conveyor system so there’s no wastage. In addition GB Belting can offer in-house fabrication services for:
- Flights, both straight and cranked.
- Guides.
- Sidewalls.
- Perforations and holes.
We can fit belts on site and our promise of supply within seven-working days is offered on this product. The range is completed with drive pulleys/sprockets, tail pulleys and support pulleys all available from stock.
Operating between -20degC to +60degC, S-Drive homogenous belt offers the most hygienic option for your conveyor and is a ‘drop-in’ product for proprietary positive centre-drive, self-tracking systems. This means your existing sprockets and pulleys will drive the replacement belting with no compromise on efficiency or need for amending the configuration.
